The Wall Street Journal reports on Israeli promises to establish breaks in their military activities targeting the Gaza Strip.
"Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Friday said the U.S. appreciates Israel’s announcement of 'four-hour pauses with a three-hour notice in specific areas' of Gaza. Israel declined to commit to the exact length of the humanitarian pauses."
